Lemon jam


  • Delicious lemon jam

    Time preparation: 10 minutes

    Processing time: 40 minutes

    Serves: 1


    Ingredients:
    4 lemons 100 g. Oil 300 g. Caster sugar 4 eggs

    Method of preparation:
    Lemons are washed well.
     Grate is their bark and drain nice.
    In a large metal bowl mix the grated rind, juice and sugar until the sugar melt.
    Add diced butter and place the bowl in a water bath, stirring the mixture periodically.
    In another bowl whisk the eggs with a mixer.
    Once completely melted butter, add a trickle eggs, stirring constantly.
    Preparing a waterbath for 20 minutes with constant stirring.
    Ready lemon jam should thicken and resemble cream - that can stay on the reverse of a tablespoon.
    Chilled sweet transferred into a sterilized jar or several small sterilized jars.
    The jar was sealed and refrigerated.
