    Ingredients:
    3 eggs, 125 g butter, 240 g caster sugar 200 ml milk, 360 g flour, 1 baking powder, vanilla, lemon peel, 1/2 kg of apples, pears or peaches.

    Method of preparation:
    Whip the butter and sugar into foam. Add one by one the eggs, the milk, vanilla, grated lemon peel and flour with the baking powder. Mix and pour into a greased and sprinkled with flour baking pan. On top of the dough arrange the sliced fruits. Bake in moderate oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle over the baked cake powdered sugar.
