    Ingredients:
    1 kg flour, 14 g dry yeast, 1 tea cup warm water 2 eggs, 200 g yoghurt 50 ml oil, 30 g poppy seeds, salt, sugar, 1 egg yolk spreads + 1 tsp vinegar.

    Method of preparation:
    Sift the flour in the baking pan, add to it the yeast and knead. Make a hollow in the mixture and pour in it the yogurt, eggs, oil, the poppy seeds and warm water. Knead soft dough and leave it to rise. Grease a round baking pan. Knead again the dough, move it to the baking pan and spread it there. Leave the dough to rise at a warm temperature, until it doubles its size. Brush it on top with the whipped yolk with 1 tsp of vinegar, sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for around 30 – 40 minutes. Check with a toothpick whether it’s ready.
