    Ingredients:
    500 to 600 g flour 20 g fresh yeast 100 g butter, 1 tea cup of water, 3 tablespoons Yogurt + 1 ts baking soda 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, oil for frying.

    Method of preparation:
    Dissolve the yeast in warm water with added sugar and salt. Add 2 tbsp of flour and let the yeast rise. Sift the remaining flour, make a hollow in the middle and pour the melted but not hot butter, and also the risen yeast and the milk with the baking soda. Knead the dough and leave it overnight in the refrigerator in a plastic bag. The next day, remove it from the fridge, leave it at room temperature to soften for an hour.
