Meat-balls soup with vegetables

    Ingredients:
    200 g minced 1 tsp rice, 1 carrot, 1 potato, 1 onion, 1 green pepper, dill, parsley, vegetable bulyonche, 50 g butter

    Method of preparation:
    Bring 1 ½ litres of water to a boil in a saucepot. Form meat-balls from the mince and rice, roll them in flour and toss them in the boiling water. Then add the chopped vegetables and the vegetable bouillon. Finally add the butter, dill and parsley.
