Lentil soup


  • Delicious lentil soup

    Time preparation: 20 minutes

    Processing time: 45 minutes

    Serves: 4


    Ingredients:
    1 cup lens 1 carrot 1 onion 50 g. Celery 3 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons tomato paste 1 tsp savory 1 tablespoon cooking oil 1 bunch parsley 1 bay leaf

    Method of preparation:
    The lens is cleaned and washed. (Can be splashed with water the night before).
    Place in a saucepan and pour water (1 cup lentils - 4 cups water).
