    Vegetable soup with cauliflower

    Cut the onion and pepper into small pieces. Cut the carrot into circles. Cauliflower is broken into florets. Put the vegetables in a saucepan and pour 2-3 cups water. Add salt and olive oil and cook until ready. Already excluded soup to add green onion, pepper and basil.

  • Cream soup with cauliflower and cheese

    Cream soup with cauliflower and cheese

    Break the cauliflower into florets and boil it in salted water for 15 minutes. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the flour. Add the roux to the soup, pour the milk in too and leave it to boil for 2 – 3 minutes. Remove the saucepot from the hot plate, sprinkle with the grated cheese, the chopped parsley and with black pepper powder. Serve seasoned with lemon juice to taste.

    Cut the potatoes into cubes, add the carrots, chopped into thin pieces and the finely chopped onions. Pour over 2 tbsp of hot salted water and boil over low heat. Ten minutes before removing from the heat, add in the soup the crumbled vermicelli, the butter, the black pepper and herbs to taste.

    Tomato soup with vermicelli

    Stew the onions and garlic in butter and some water. When they soften, add a pinch of salt, paprika and finely chopped tomatoes. Stir the soup and add hot water. When the water comes to a boil, add the vermicelli, the black pepper, a pinch of basil and boil for around 15 more minutes over low heat. The soup can be consumed with sprinkled parsley and with croutons.

    Clean the mushrooms, wash them and cut them to pieces. First put to them to boil in water, with the finely cut onions, butter, salt and black pepper. When the mushrooms soften, boil for 20 - 25 minutes more, adding the finely cut carrots and cut to cubes potatoes. When the vegetables soften, add the rice. Serve the soup sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
