Russian salad with pickles, ham and peas


  • Russian salad with pickles, ham and peas

    Time preparation: 60 minutes

    Processing time: 15 minutes

    Serves: 4


    Ingredients:
    1 kg. potatoes 200 gr. Ham 450 g. Peas 400 g. Pickles 500 g. Carrots 450 ml. mayonnaise 2 tsp mustard 3 eggs

    Method of preparation:
    Cook potatoes and peel while still hot, then allowed to cool.
    Separately boil the carrots and eggs, and also allowed to cool.
    Potatoes, carrots, eggs, pickles and hams are cut into small cubes, mixed and stirred.
    To this mixture add drained canned or cooked peas.
    Salad mix with mayonnaise and mustard.
    Optionally it can add a little lemon juice.
    Before serving salad, it must be stored in refrigerator at least 2-3 hours.
