  • Salad of boiled baby carrots

    Time preparation: 30 minutes

    Processing time: 10 minutes

    Serves: 1


    Ingredients:
    1 kg. baby carrots 1/2 lemon 1 clove garlic parsley 1 pinch salt 1 pinch of brown sugar 2-3 tablespoons olive oil

    Method of preparation:
    Well-washed carrots are cooking, taking care not overcooked and should remain slightly crunchy.
    Garlic pressed with salt.
    Mix garlic, lemon juice, small-sized parsley, olive oil and sugar.
    This mixture is poured carrots.
