  • Delicious and healthy oatmeal cookies and nuts

    Time preparation: 20 minutes

    Processing time: 40 minutes

    Serves: 15


    Ingredients:
    200 gr. Oats 100 g. Ground walnuts 200 g. Tahini 250 g. honey 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla essence 60 g. Raisins 30 ml. rum

    Method of preparation:
    Raisins soaked in rum for about 30 minutes, then drain well.
    In bowl, stir drained raisins, sesame tahini, copper, vanilla extract and raisins.
    They add oatmeal and ground walnuts
    Stir until uniform distribution of the products.
    With moistened hands, form balls the size of a walnut.
    Arrange in pan on a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
    Sweet bake about 15 minutes in a preheated 180 degrees oven.
    They are ready when the edges begin lightly browning.
    Sweet leave to cool on a wire rack.
