  • Summer dish with tomatoes and peppers

  • Hip jam

    Quince wash and cut into slices. Put them in a saucepan, add water and cook on low heat until the juice turns red. The mixture is filtered through a colander. Strain syrup to add sugar and boil to thicken. Add salt of lemon. Pour the jelly into jars still warm and boil 5 minutes.
