Puree spinach with boiled eggs

  • Spinach puree with boiled eggs

    Time preparation: 10 minutes

    Processing time: 40 minutes

    Serves: 2

    1 kg spinach 2 green onions 2 tablespoons flour 3 tablespoons oil 2 tea cup milk salt 2 boiled eggs

    Method of preparation:
    Washed spinach and small-sized green onion boiled in salted water.
    Drain and strain in a wholesale blender.
    Flour lightly fry in vegetable oil, then add to the spinach, stir and pour the milk.
    The mixture is boiled until thick.
    Serve with boiled eggs.
