Baked tomatoes stuffed with bacon, mayonnaise, cheese and egg


  • Stuffed tomatoes with bacon, mayonnaise, cheese and egg

    Time preparation: 15 minutes

    Serves: 1


    Ingredients:
    2 tomatoes 100 gr. bacon 100 gr. mayonnaise 50 gr. cheese 2 eggs paprika pepper oil

    Method of preparation:
    Wash tomatoes well and cut the flaps from handles and carving inside with a spoon.
    In a bowl cut thin pieces of bacon and cheese grate.
    Add the mayonnaise, the inside of the tomatoes and spices.
    The mixture was stirred and partitioned into eviscerated tomatoes.
    Small tray smeared with oil, put water and tomatoes.
    In each of them clicks on an egg.
    The tray is placed in the preheated oven.
    The dish is baked until the egg whites are white set.
