Lamb with spinach


  • Tasty lamb

    Serves: 4


    Ingredients:
    800 g lamb meat 1 bunch green onions 1 kg spinach 1 bunch parsley 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce 1 tablespoon of flour 4 tablespoons of cooking oil salt yogurt

    Method of preparation:
    Cut the meat into pieces and fry it for a bit in oil. Add the chopped onions and pour hot water with a tbsp of salt enough to cover the meal. Boil over low heat until the meat becomes tender. Add the chopped spinach, the tomato sauce and the flour, mixed with cold water. Boil until the spinach softens. If necessary, add another pinch of salt. Before removing the saucepot off the hot plate, season with parsley. Serve with yogurt.
