Meatballs with potatoes in the oven

  • Baked meatballs with potatoes in the oven

    Time preparation: 25 minutes

    Processing time: 65 minutes

    Serves: 4

    for the meatballs: 300 g. Pork mince 1 onion 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs 1 egg pepper savory 600 g. Potatoes 1 onion 5 tablespoons olive oil 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp oregano pinch of black pepper salt

    Method of preparation:
    Minced meat mixed with chopped onion, breadcrumbs, spices and egg.
    From both seasoned mince prepare small meatballs.

    Stir nice and make 150 ml of warm water.
