Meatballs stew

  • A delicious stew with meatballs

    Time preparation: 30 minutes

    Processing time: 45 minutes

    Serves: 4

    500g minced 1 onion 1 carrot 1/3 cup rice 2 tomatoes 1 peppers 2 tablespoons paprika pinch savory 1 vegetable broth salt 3-4 tablespoons cooking oil

    Method of preparation:
    Rice is boiled until almost and is mixed with minced meat, a little savory and pepper.
    From this mixture, form round meatballs.
    Onions, carrots and peppers are finely chopped and smothered with oil and a little water until soft.
    Add grated tomatoes and spices.
    Make up water, add salt and put meatballs.
    The dish is boiled approximately 20-30 minutes.
    Optionally can be thickened with a little water mixed into flour.
    In presenting garnished with rice.
