Pangasius fish in a sauce of rosemary and lemon


  • Tasty pangasius fish in a sauce of rosemary and lemon

    Time preparation: 50 minutes

    Processing time: 120 minutes

    Serves: 2


    Ingredients:
    2 pangasius fillets 1/2 cup olive oil 6 garlic cloves salt 1 cup bread crumbs 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon rosemary 1 tablespoon lemon zest pepper For the sauce: 1 cup olive oil 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley salt pepper 1/2 breadcrumbs

    Method of preparation:
    Allow the olive oil and garlic to stand at room temperature from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
    For seasoned breadcrumbs:
    Mix in a bowl of bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons parsley, oregano, lemon rind and 1 tablespoon of flavored olive oil, breadcrumbs until evenly wetted.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat oven to 220 degrees.
    Spread the bottom of the pan with a piece of flavored olive oil.
    Seasoned the fillets with salt and pepper and place in pan.
    Spread lightly with olive oil and cover with remaining bread crumbs.
    Pour the remaining olive oil.
    Bake until breadcrumbs become golden brown, about 25 minutes.
    For the sauce:
    Beat the olive oil, lemon juice and parsley in a small bowl until thoroughly mixed. Flavored with salt and pepper.
    Pour into the pan and add the breadcrumbs from until sauce is thickened.
    Using a spatula, carefully pour a portion of fish in the hot plate.
    Place a little of the sauce around it.
