    Ingredients:
    4 fillets of mackerel 4 tomatoes or half a jar of canned half a jar of pickles 1 bay leaf 4 cloves of garlic 1/2 cup water 3 tablespoons olive oil black pepper 1/4 tsp salt

    Method of preparation:
    Cut the fish fillets into pieces. Grate the tomatoes, slice the gherkins into strips of 3-4 cm, and cut into halves the garlic heads. Mix all of the sliced products with the fish and add a 1/4 tsp of salt, 10-12 black peppercorns, 2-3 bay leaves, 1/2 cup of water and 3 tbsp of olive oil. Mix everything well and place in a baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
