    Ingredients:
    half a mackerel meal, salt, olive oil, lemon juice.

    Method of preparation:
    Clean the fish, wash and cut it into halves. Season with salt and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Leave it at a cool place for 1-2 hours to let it soak in the marinade. Grease the grill with oil and grill the mackerel pieces on both sides.
