  • Пилешко месо с грах и картофи на фурна

    Ingredients:
    500 gr. Chicken 1 onion 4 s.l.olio 1 kg. potatoes salt ground black pepper

    Method of preparation:
    Meat, cut into pieces, fry until golden brown in oil.
    Add the onion and fry for about 5 more minutes.
    Peel potatoes and cut along the meat is poured into a pan and pour water enough to cover them.
    The dish is seasoned with pepper and salt to taste.
    Tray, cover with foil, which is pricked with a fork.
    Bake at 220 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
