  • Grilled marinated chicken legs


    Ingredients:
    1800 g. Chicken legs 4-5 tablespoons soy sauce 4-5 tablespoons olive oil juice of 1 lemon pinch of thyme pepper marjoram another favorite seasoning for chicken

    Method of preparation:
    The meat is marinated for at least two hours in a mixture of soy sauce, olive oil, juice of lemon, a pinch of thyme, black pepper, marjoram or other seasoning for chicken.
    Put it in a pan with a little oil and water and broil until ready.
