Baked spinach


  • Baked spinach

    Time preparation: 20 minutes

    Processing time: 40 minutes

    Serves: 4


    Ingredients:
    1 kg spinach, 2 tablespoons rice, 300 g cheese, onion and garlic, salt, pepper, butter, Topping: 300 ml milk, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons flour

    Method of preparation:
    Stew the spinach in butter with the finely chopped onions and garlic. Boil the rice in salted water. On a greased baking pan mix the spinach, rice and white cheese, cover with milk, eggs and flour and bake until the topping forms a crust.

The dish is poured into a baking pan and 3 cups of water are added. Bake at 200 degrees. Around 10 minutes before removing from the oven, add the eggs and sprinkle with some grated cheese.
