    Ingredients:
    young zucchini cooking oil Garlic sauce - 1 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon sour cream 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 7-8 cloves pressed garlic, dill, salt.

    Method of preparation:
    Wash the zucchini and cut them into circles. Fry in heated oil. The garlic sauce is made by mixing 1 cup of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and everything is blended well. To the sauce add pressed garlic, dill and salt. Pour the garlic sauce in a plate, then place on top the zucchini and pour over them again the garlic sauce.
