  • Poached eggs with onions and spices

    Poached eggs with onions and spices

    Time preparation: 10 minutes

    Processing time: 20 minutes

    Serves: 4


    Ingredients:
    egg-1 or 2 per serving, 150 g bacon, 2 ch. onions, dried or fresh basil, salt and pepper, a little chilli oil

    Method of preparation:
    Cut the onions into half circles and stew until they soften in a frying pan with a little bit of oil and splash of water. Add the spices and toss the onions. Break the egg in the pan, sprinkle on top some more basil and paprika. Place a lid over the pan and let the egg poach.

    Cut the tomatoes into slices, season mildly with salt and place in a greased baking pan. Sprinkle with oil and savoury. Bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees.     Whip the eggs in advance with some salt and put them in a frying pan with the finely chopped sausage and grill over slow heat. When the meal is ready add crumbled white cheese and the finely chopped tomato, then fold the omelette in two.

    The peeled and diced potatoes are fried in a little bit of oil. Add the chopped ham or salami. Whip the eggs with the milk and pour them over the potatoes. Fry over low heat. Turn over the tortilla using a large plate, so it gets browns also from the other side. Cut the tortilla into quarters and serve seasoned with dill.
