Stew with potatoes and green beans


  • Vegetable stew with potatoes and green beans

    Time preparation: 20 minutes

    Processing time: 60 minutes

    Serves: 4


    Ingredients:
    500 g green beans 500 g potatoes 1 carrot 1 pepper 1 onion 1 tablespoon tomato paste 2-3 cloves garlic fresh mint 1 tsp paprika 1 tablespoon flour salt cooking oil

    Method of preparation:
    Finely chopped onion, carrot and pepper fry or suffocate.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Make a little water.
    Pour a peeled and chopped potatoes and left to suffocate in about 10 minutes.
    To the vegetables add the tomato paste.
    Pour 1-2 cups of hot water.
    The dish is covered with a lid and leave to cook for another 10-15 minutes. Add the green beans.
    Add salt to taste and seasoned with chopped mint.
    If necessary, make up more hot water.
    Add 1 tablespoon flour dissolved in water to thicken the sauce.
    Stew leave on low heat to simmer until the vegetables soften.
    Ten minutes before you remove from heat, add the chopped garlic.
