    All vegetables except for the onions are cut into small pieces and boiled. The onions, also chopped, along with the other vegetables, eggs, white cheese and spices are added to the prepared in advance potato mash. Add breadcrumbs or flour, until the dish thickens enough, and shape the cutlets. Fry them in hot oil.
