    Ingredients:
    4 cleaned trout, 1/2 lemon juice, ground pepper, salt, nutmeg, oil, 100 ml white wine.

    Method of preparation:
    The cleaned trout are arranged on a greased baking pan. Season the fish with salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Pour the wine and the lemon juice over the baking pan, and splash a bit of oil over the fish. Bake in a preheated oven, until the fish form a light brown crust.
