    Serves: 4


    Ingredients:
    100 g rice starch, 1 liter milk, 300 g of sugar. Garnish: 2 egg whites, 50 g sugar Fruits: apricot, apple, currants, cherries.

    Method of preparation:
    Milk is boiled with the sugar. Stirring constantly, add to it the rice starch dissolved in a splash of cold milk. Boil the cream for another 5-6 minutes, stir and pour into custard cups or glasses. Decorate with whipped to a foam egg whites with sugar and fruits of choice (apricots, apples, currants and cherries).
