Tiramisu

    Ingredients:
    Flavorful alcohol(Amaretto,Rum,Cognac or extract) 200 gr. sugar 400 ml. nescafe cocoa powder 1 vanilla 1 chocolate 3 egg whites 400 gr.biscotti (Italian) Italian ladyfingers, or savoiardi 5 yolks 500 gr. mascarpone cheese

    Method of preparation:
    Beat egg whites in snow, with a pinch of salt.
    In another bowl whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the cheese "Mascarpone".Then mix both the cream, stirring gently with a wooden spoon and add vanilla.
    Alcohol or essence is added to coffee (should be chilled).
    Melting biscuits in coffee, one by one, and arrange in pan, dab with cream, and so to the end.
    Top sprinkle cocoa powder and grated chocolate.

    Whip well the mascarpone cheese, the egg and sugar. Add to them the liquid cream, the rum, the chocolate liqueur and the chocolate topping and whip the mixture until fluffy cream is formed. Place two biscuits dipped in strong double espresso in sundae glasses and cover them with the cream. On top sprinkle cocoa powder. Leave the chocolate tiramisu for 3 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
