Chocolate Fudge

  • Chocolate fudge with walnuts and cocoa

    Time preparation: 10 minutes

    Processing time: 40 minutes

    Serves: 1

    1 packet of vanilla sugar 70 gr.ground walnuts 1 packet of baking powder 160 gr. flour 3 eggs 125 ml. milk 40 gr.cocoa 200 gr.sugar 200 gr.butter

    Method of preparation:
    In a small saucepan, mix butter, sugar, cocoa (previously sifted) and milk. Put it on the stove and stir until the butter is melted and mixture boils. Allow the stove to boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.Remove from the heat and remove the 175 ml. from the mixture that will be needed to finally glaze.Take the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Beat egg whites snow, with 2 tsp sugar. Beat the egg yolks, add them to the cocoa mixture, as beat with mixer on low.Mix flour with baking powder, vanilla sugar and walnuts. Add to cocoa-egg mixture, stir well, then carefully add egg whites snow. Mix the dough well. Cover pan (preferably have a diameter of 26 cm.) with baking paper and pour the dough into it.
    Bake in the bottom half of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
    Once the cake is cool, carefully remove from the baking paper.
    Cool glaze already smears on the cake with a spatula, then grappling with a fork to allow the glaze to penetrate better.
    Serve chilled and cut into diamonds.
