Cherry surprise


  • Surprising dessert with cherries and yogurt

    Time preparation: 20 minutes

    Processing time: 10 minutes

    Serves: 1


    Ingredients:
    25 gr. powder cocoa 1 cherry candy for decoration 20 gr. cherry jam 25 gr. chocolate granola (muesli) 3 tsp rum 5 tablespoons sugar 150 gr. strained yogurt 150 gr. cherries 150 gr.cherry

    Method of preparation:
    Washed, boned and cut the fruit into halves. They cover the bottom of a champagne flute.
    Beat separately milk with sugar and rum until a smooth mixture.
    Pour mixture over the cherries and leave for several hours in the refrigerator to harden.
    Then subtract the bay with a layer of cherry jam and cover with a final layer of chocolate granola.
    Finally, using a strainer, sprinkle with cocoa and garnish with a little cream and a cherry in the corner or the middle of the cup.
