Flamed bananas


  • Flamed bananas

    Time preparation: 5 minutes

    Processing time: 15 minutes

    Serves: 2


    Ingredients:
    2 bananas 1 knob butter 1 coffee spoon of sugar 1/2 vanilla 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon coffee- 2 tablespoons rum

    Method of preparation:
    Heat the pan over very low heat and put butter, sugar, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon rum.
    Allow everything to mix very well until a syrup.
    The peeled and cut bananas are fried in the above mixture for 10 minutes, in the middle of cooking turn carefully.
    Pour on top with 1 tablespoon rum and flamed.
