Lamb roasted with sage

  • Succulent roast lamb with sage, mustard and breadcrumbs

    Time preparation: 15 minutes

    Processing time: 100 minutes

    Serves: 2

    500 gr. lamb ribs 1 tsp cumin 1 tablespoon mustard 1 tablespoon balsamic or wine vinegar 40 gr. fresh sage leaves 50 gr. breadcrumbs 10 gr. grated cheese "Parmesan" 20 ml. olive oil 50 ml. cooking oil pepper salt

    Method of preparation:
    Preheat the oven at high temperature.
    Heat the oil in a large pot on the stove and put the lamb, previously salted and sprinkled with pepper, and fry evenly on all sides.
    Finished lamb moved in the pan on a wire rack.Make a thick paste from olive oil, bread crumbs, Parmesan, finely chopped sage, mustard, salt and crushed cumin and spread the meat thoroughly with it.
