Pudding of prunes and dried apricots

  • Delicious pudding of prunes and dried apricots

    Time preparation: 10 minutes

    Serves: 1

    2.5 tsp lemon juice 250g raspberries (for sauce) 2 tablespoons rum 1 again. vanilla sugar 450 ml. skim milk 200g dried apricots 200g prunes Pitted 6 tablespoons sugar '15 Oil 4 eggs 6 slices old cake zest of 1 orange

    Method of preparation:
    Pour the diced plums and apricots are soaked in rum.

    While the pudding is baking, prepare the sauce of raspberries by grinding raspberries in a blender and add them lemon juice and remaining 3 tablespoons sugar.
    Strain and leave in the fridge to cool.
    Pudding served cold topped with raspberry sauce.
