    Milk is warmed slightly, add salt and stir to dissolve. Pour a yogurt drops and yeast. Mix well, close the lid and wrapped in a blanket for about 4-5 hours. Then poured in a cheesecloth and placed to be drained overnight. On the next day, add the grated cheese and mix well. Serve as is formed hedgehog in the dish. Cover with grated carrots and a snout and eyes using olives.
